A $90 per square foot basement remodel is a great finish. Included is design and permit services, including all inspections. All trades are licensed and insured in their field, plumbers, Electricians, etc.

What is included in a $5500 bathroom finish?

For an additional $5500 we can produce a great full sized bathroom. The additional cost covers:

• Separate 20 amp circuit required by code.
• Plumbing supply lines and minor movement of waste lines in the floor.
• Vanity light and fan/light combo in ceiling with ducting to exterior.
• Vanity, faucet, mirror and toilet.
• 4 piece floor pan and wall shower kit professionally installed by our plumber.
• Waterproof laminate flooring.
