We connect over the phone and briefly discuss your project and answer any questions you may have. If the client is interested, we then set up an in person meeting.
2. Walkthrough
We visit your home, talk through the details of the project, and collect measurements.
3. Pre-Construction Agreement
We then send you a pre-construction agreement which includes your ballpark estimate for what the job may cost. If everything looks good, the client then has the option to move forward and put a deposit down in order to start the planning phase.
4. Planning Phase
This is where ideas turn into actionable plans. We create detailed floor plans, guide you through design selections, and develop a comprehensive schedule and estimate. At the end of this planning phase, you'll have everything you need to decide whether to move forward with the project.
5. Execution
This is the part where we execute your well-planned project!
