If you are happy with your experience with us and your free estimate, we encourage you to schedule an in person design bid. This is a paid service that we provide for folks looking for more in depth and thorough, in depth information.

This service is perfect for anyone who knows they will be getting their project done soon, and want to get more solid information to help them make the best decision.

The design bid service is a paid service due to the depth of information and inspections we do, the detailed scope that we provide to you, as well as the knowledge that there is no commitment to use us for your basement project after the design consult!

During your professional design consultation we will sit down with you to go over your entire project from start to finish!

Included in this service is:

• Full architectural drawings
• Inspection of projects HVAC, plumbing and Electrical systems and needs
• Inspection and location of underground plumbing if needed
• Discussion and evaluation of local code requirements
• A PDF containing Local requirements, architectural plans, permit paperwork, selections list, and of course a full contract and hard bid for your project.

You are then free to pass all of this information on to any other bidders for your project to ensure all bids area apples to apples!
